The service was excellent. The gentleman (Brandon?) behind the counter listened to my issues, looked up the parts to address the issues, explained the alternatives to me and then made a recommendation. Additionally he came out to my vehicle and helped me install the part. There were at least three representatives behind the counter working at the same time so they were well staffed in my opinion. I will definitely patronize this store again.

Very good and friendly staff. I go here often for parts and advice. I have had a few mishaps with getting the wrong part but they have never turned me down for bringing in a broken part that broke during instillation or was just the wrong one all together.

I decided to spend my money locally instead of buying spark plugs, anti sieze, and dielectric at a major online retailer. I checked the Advance Auto Parts website to confirm that this site had the plugs I needed in stock (which they did) before I visited the store. Upon entering the store, there was a customer waiting at the counter. By the time I picked up the various other products, I was the second in line waiting for assistance. A third customer entered the store and immediately joined the line. While waiting, I counted six employees in the store; 3 joking around in back (despite making eye contact with me), one shuffling things around outside, and two more performing restocking duties. Eventually someone came to the counter and I was surprised that the customer in line before me hadn't been helped; who knows how long he'd been waiting. Another employee arrived at another counter and I had to fend off the third customer because he'd become impatient and wanted to jump the line. I handed him the note with the part number for the spark plugs. After he looked for an extended period on his computer, I was told that didn't carry any NGK (the brand of the plugs I needed), but that he could order them for $x. I told him that I could get the same plugs for $8 less and receive them in 2 days. I left the accessories on the counter and left. I'll never visit one of these stores again...
