Darn!!! I just read the reviews of this store. Maybe their phone service sucks, I have not tried that, but all others may be whiners! I have never had a problem at this store. Maybe they should try auto zone! Their delightful 20 min waits or no service is great

I went there for a battery replacement within warranty. Previously I took my car to a mechanic to find out what was the problem with my car and he concluded that it was the battery. So I went there and the guy in charge, Chris, was a total jerk. I explained the problem and that the battery was from them, he talked back very condescending. I said the battery was only one year old and was within warranty, he said: "well, we see about that." The way he talked to you sounded like this: "I'll do as much as I can to not honor the warranty and not solve your problem unless you spend money here." On the other hand, the other guy I talked, Richard, was very nice and helpful. At the end I had to buy a new battery. Richard was helpful, Chris was a jerk.

On a one to ten I'm going to say -10. I have given this store s shot about 10 times now. I'm a veteran mechanic and know what parts I need. I expect the people working there to understand what people are asking for and offer help. I'm sure a def and blind person could do better than the elementary school kids this store employs. I have access to many big accounts in the area and I'm going to shut them down and go on over to Napa. Thanks for nothing.
